PawDueTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of PawDue ("the app"), published by Zmer Andranigian ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it.
Not veterinary advice
PawDue is a record-keeping and reminder tool. Everything in it is entered by you. It does not give veterinary advice, does not check doses, schedules or treatments, and cannot tell whether care was given correctly. Follow your veterinarian's instructions. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian right away. Search results for veterinarians come from Apple Maps, can be wrong or out of date, and are not recommendations.
Reminders are a convenience
Reminders are delivered by iOS on your device. They can be delayed, silenced or dropped by Focus modes, Low Power Mode, notification settings, or limits iOS places on pending notifications. Do not rely on PawDue as your only way to remember time-critical care. You are responsible for your pet's care.
PawDue Plus subscription
- PawDue is free for one pet and a limited number of care schedules. PawDue Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks more pets and schedules and the PDF report. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If your subscription ends, your existing records and reminders keep working. Creating more pets or schedules than the free plan allows, and PDF export, require an active subscription.
Your content
Your records, photos and videos belong to you and are stored on your device (and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on). We do not receive them and claim no rights to them. You are responsible for keeping backups.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of law.
No warranty and limits of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm to a pet or any loss arising from missed, late or incorrect reminders or records. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
