Questions, problems or ideas: write to [email protected]. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version and the PawDue version (Settings > About PawDue in the app).
My reminders did not arrive
Open "Reminder health" in PawDue's Settings. It shows whether alerts are on for this device and whether any care is not covered. Then check iOS: Settings > Notifications > PawDue must be allowed, and Focus modes, Low Power Mode or a silenced phone can delay or hide notifications. iOS also limits how many reminders one app can have pending, so PawDue tells you when some care is not covered.
Reminders are set per device
Each device schedules its own reminders. If you use PawDue on more than one device, turn reminders on in each one.
How do I export my pet's record?
Open a pet and choose "Care report and export" (also in Settings). You can create a PDF report (a PawDue Plus feature) or a data file, and choose what to include. You decide where it is sent.
How do I restore or cancel my subscription?
Restore: in PawDue's Settings, open the Plus row and tap "Restore purchases". Cancel: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PawDue. If your subscription ends, your existing records and reminders keep working.
Vet search is not finding anything
Search near me needs location permission (iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > PawDue). You can also type a city or postal code. Results come from Apple Maps, may be out of date, and need an internet connection. Call the clinic to confirm hours and emergency care.
How do I delete my data?
Settings > Delete all my data removes your records, photos and videos. Deleting the app removes its local data too. We have no copy, because we never receive your records.
Is PawDue giving veterinary advice?
No. PawDue keeps the information you enter and reminds you when you ask. Follow your veterinarian's instructions, and contact a veterinarian right away in an emergency.
